TINUBU TO BE DRAGGED TO COURT OVER MISSING CERTIFICATE

Due to the controversy in the academic qualifications and documents submitted by the All Progressive Congress presidential candidate Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), the Action Peoples Party (APP) will on Monday, June 27th 2022 drag him to court.

The documents tendered by the APC presidential candidate to INEC in his 2007 gubernatorial election, were he presented a sworn affidavit of his primary and secondary education certificate contradicts his new declaration of not attending primary and secondary school.

The court case on alleged false information by Tinubu is been initiated by the APP National Chairman Mr Uche Nnadi, who is of the opinion that the Apc Presidential candidate is not eligible to contest the 2023 presidential election, because of the irregularities in the documents he submitted to INEC.

It will be recalled that the standard bearer of the ruling party in the 2023 presidential election had been on the public criticisms for questionable age, University qualifications, origin and source of wealth.
