Within 100 days in office the government of Rivers State under the watch of His Excellency Sir Siminalayi Fubara has given hope to the People, leaving his most critic’s in awe by consolidating on Teacher’s promotion and salary implementation.
The latest was the commencement of the issuance of promotion letters and implementation of the new salary structure of Rivers state Teaching staff, one’s again reassured the sincerity of Sir Siminalayi Fubara administration in uplifting the status of Rivers state civil servants and giving hope to the common man.
Sir Siminalayi Fubara understanding the plight of the classroom teacher, having a first hand information of what it meant to be a teacher in a government school, after due consultation and recommendations authorized the Executive Chairman of the Rivers State Universal Basic Education Board Ven. Fyneface Akah to start the issuance of Promotion Letters to the staff of Rivers State Universal Basic Education Board ( RSUBEB), scheduled to end by the second week of September 2023.
Having climbed from the ranks and files of the Rivers state civil service to the apex of his career, been nurtured in the craft of statesmanship, our Rivers of Possibilities and Responsibility is in good hands. The Rivers state consolidation agenda was the best option, and the decision of electing a technocrat for a servant leader is yielding result within 100days in office.
The new Sheriff of Rivers state is on a mission to equate and surpass the gaint stride of his predecessor, which is the aim of the New Rivers Vision, as pioneered by HE Chief Barr Onyeso Ezenwo Wike and sustained by HE Sir Siminalayi Fubara.
