President Bola Tinubu Announces Portfolios of Designated Ministers President Bola Tinubu has named Nyesom Wike, the immediate past governor of Rivers State, as the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), and Dave Umahi, the former governor of Ebonyi State, as the Minister of Works.
