The general overseer of Omega Power Ministry (OPM) Apostle Chibuzor Gift Chinyere has posted on his social media handles that he would no longer over stress himself in his commitment to giving helping hand to people.
The clergyman who is still in Dubai for medical treatment recalled an incident of 2022 which recurred in 2023. “Last year July 2022, I collapsed at OPM free hospital and was rushed to Dubai for treatment because of stress. Again this year July 2023, I collapse at Lagos airport while trying to visit my doctor after I noticed changes in body because so many stress.
“By the grace of GOD I will no longer over stress myself again, because I have many more destinies GOD will use me to save.”
The philanthropist announced some changes to his humanitarian gesture. “As soon as I come back to Nigeria. I shall commence OPM overseas empowerment program on some conditions attached to avoid stress and negative past experiences.

“Once OPM send you overseas, only one month accommodation will be paid by OPM for you. Unlike the more than 300 persons I sent to Dubai. ( it can be confirmed).
I paid rent for almost one years for them, till I said I will no longer pay rent for people that come to hustle.”
While he frowned at people who have turned his goodwill to hustle, he maintained that the secret of his success has been the meaningful impact he has made over the years to change the destinies of people. “The secret of my success in just 16 years of establishing OPM church is helping others actualize their dreams. E.g dreams of going to school, dreams of traveling overseas, dreams of becoming a landlord, dreams of free medical, dreams of establishing their own business, dreams of stopping their criminal life like kidnapping, armed robbery etc and most especially dreams of making HEAVEN when rapture takes place. That is my calling.”
Quite recently, there has been divergent videos about a particular group known as ‘happiboys that benefitted from OPM philanthropy after they were relieved of their duties as security guards. This could be one of the reasons the clergyman is set to review his humanitarian works on his return to Nigeria.
