Opposition politicians in Rivers state must of needs up their understanding of the conditions that guarantee Democracy and good governance. The voting population have become more informed and discerning. In the last governorship election, Rivers people beyond the hoopla of Poltical party campaigns and partisan propaganda were able to relate with the tangible developmental strides of the NEW VISION, but if that was good enough, the CONSOLIDATION and CONTINUITY agenda of His Excellency, Sir Sim Fubara (GSSRS), presently have further raised the bar in responsive governance.
One can understand the opposition in their state of “being and nothingness”, the seeming palpable frustration on their part, not being able to raise a viable opposition. Way beyond the expectations of many, His Excellency, Sir Sim Fubara (like we predicted) have proved to be a pragmatic, confident Leader with an easy yet charming disposition, who is wooing Rivers people with his silent overwhelming achievements, his calm disposition and fluid personality, for him governance is about humble and dedicated service to humanity, no air, nothing to prove.
There is the compelling need to take Rivers state to all new heights of growth and developmènt and His Excellency Sir Sim Fubara, is confidently pushing same by the very standards that meet best practices for Rivers state and her people. Governance must be about lifting the people for good.
