Rivers state commisioner of Police, CP Nwonyi Polycarp Emeka on Tuesday embarked on a familiarization visit to the Nigeria Correctional Centre and the Nigerian Navy NNS Pathfinder.
The familiarization visit is aimed at creating a good working relationship and collaboration between the police and other security agencies.
