UNITED NATIONS SECURITY COUNCIL ACCUSED RUSSIA AND CHINA OF PROTECTING NORTH KOREA

Following alignment and realignment of world powers in the United Nations security council. In May China and Russia vetoed a U.S. efforts to impose more sanctions as a deterrent for North Korea missile launches.

As Seoul and Washington ends it six day high profile joints military exercise, which involved patrolling the air space with over 250 military aircraft and B-1B strategic bombers, the North Korea on Saturday fire four short range ballistic missiles into the western sea.

Despite series of missiles it has already launched within the week, which have raised
speculation that North Korea is getting ready to resume it nuclear weapons ambitions for the first time after 7years.

Following the rift between the world powers, North Korea foreign ministry spokesman issued a statement which said “Sustained provocation is bound to be followed by sustained counteraction.”
