As foreign missions in Nigeria raises security alerts of an eminent terrorist strike on the nation’s capital.
The embassies of US, UK, Denmark, Ireland, Bulgaria, Finland and Germany in Abuja have reactivated red alert on it foreign missions in Nigeria. The foreign embassies have also approved the departure
of its citizens willing to leave Nigeria, while suspending consular services in Abuja.
Nigeria have been under siege by Boko Haram and its affiliates in the North-east, armed bandits in the North-west and North-central and violent secessionists in the South-east.
The looming terrorist attack targets base on intelligence report will includes government buildings, shopping malls, hotels, bars, large gatherings, international organisations, transport facilities, schools, markets, places of worship and law enforcement institutions, among others.
Following the development popular malls like, Jabi Lake Mall in Abuja have been shut down on citing security reasons.

Meanwhile, the highly controversial Nigerian government Minister of Information, Lai Mohammed, have condemned the foreign embassies alert on the planned terrorist attack in Abuja, while insisting that Abuja is safe.
