Anti Robbery Squad have bursted a kidnapping syndicate operating in Bayelsa and Port Harcourt East-West Road.
The kidnappers kingpin who was until his arrest an Apc stalwart in Bayelsa, known as John Lyon was tracked down and arrested in Abuja, where he lives like a self made millionaire.
Though he have confessed and owned to the crime, despite claiming to have been involved in th nefarious act twice.
