The rematch fight between WBA, IBF, WBO and IBO heavyweight champion , Anthony Joshua,32, and former undisputed WBO cruiserweight and heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk,35, had been scheduled for Saturday 20 August at Jeddah superdome in Saudi Arabia. The fight will be watch in Sky Sports Box office in the UK and Ireland. The viewing ticket will cost €26.95 in UK and €31.95 in Ireland.
The heavyweight boxing rematch is coming 11months after their initial clash , which saw Usyk outpointing AJ to win the fight in 25 September 2021 at Tottenham Hotspur. According to CompuBox, Oleksandr Usyk connected a total punches of 148 against Anthony Joshua to win by unanimous decision.
While Joshua will be determined to regain the titles for the second time in his career as he faces the unbeatable Ukrainian. It will be recalled that Joshua lost the belt in 2019 to Andy Ruiz Jr at Madison Square Garden , New York City, but later avenged that defeat by beating the Mexican – American Saudi Arabia at the end of the year. Joshua is expected to replicate that feat by handing Usyk , his first loss in his boxing career , while the first ever four belt undisputed cruiserweight and WBO’s heavyweight mandatory challengers Oleksandr will be expected to remain unbeatable.
